How to grow
Sow 1/2" (1cm) deep spring-early autumn, rows 18-24" (45-60cm) apart.
Thin to 6" (15cm) for large leaves and 2" for small salad leaves.
Chard can also be grown in cells and transplanted. to 6" apart.
Cut often so leaves will regrow.
Protect against severe frost.
