How to grow
Sow May-early June. Thin to 8” (20cm) apart. Lift roots October-December, trim off leaves to approx. 8” (20cm), place 4-5” (10-13cm) in large pot in damp soil or compost. Cover with inverted pot (holes covered) and keep in a warm place (approx. 18C). Chicons should be ready within 3-4 weeks.
